About TourBlaze Picture Guides

TourBlaze picture guides use beautiful photographs to show you what places actually look like.

We think too many online tourist information guides are too text based and fail to show what places actually look like. We believe there is truth in the old expression a picture paints a thousand words. Therefore you will find that there is a much greater emphasis on pictures in our guides. You will still find words, but we hope that our photo's paint a picture of what a place actually looks like and this will create desire, making you say "I must go there!"

We also think that too many online tourist information guides push accommodation before visitors have even decided if they want to go there! We believe therefore, that it is important to sell the dream by showing visitors where they can go, and what they could see and do should they choose to go there. Then and only then, should accommodation be offered.

For the past four years we have been producing online picture guides to the county of Norfolk in the East of England - see TourNorfolk - which has gone from strength to strength. One feedback comment that is repeated regularly by TourNorfolk users (which number over a million annually) is - Fantastic! I wish we could have picture guides like this to everywhere! well we cannot yet promise picture guides to everywhere, but we can now offer picture guides to more places!
